The Boys Are Back!  That's right; Crossroads Country Band is back and ready to entertain friends and fans once again with their dynamic harmonies, energetic country-rock style and their professional live show that has been in the making for over 30 years!  From country clubs to concert halls, Crossroads is still pleasing audiences throughout Eastern, Central and Southern Indiana and Western Ohio.

The name "Crossroads" derives from an Oak Ridge Boys' song which speaks about "standing at the crossroads" and "not knowing which way to go".  Rather than turn in any one musical directions, Crossroads remains true to their beginnings retaining their gospel style harmonies and the rich flavor of folk music, mixed with country, and a fair amount of rock 'n' roll.

Crossroads recorded their first album, "First Time's a Charm", at the renowned Bill Gaither Studio in Alexandria, Indiana.  Three of the songs from that album landed on the National Top 100 Country Music Charts of CASHBOX magazine, a highly recognized industry publication.  Their single "Painted Ladies" captures the spirit of a Crossroads show - from its richly layered vocals to its folksy, shoe tapping rhythm.

Crossroads is rousing Midwestern audiences with their infectious, foot stomping, country-rock sound.  Smooth harmonies and powerful instrumentals combine with catchy hooks and raucous floor shows to form an electric and unforgettable performance.  A Crossroads show is powered by state of the art technology, vibrant light show, and diversified talent.  Distinctive harmonies are backed by lead, rhythm, acoustic, and bass guitars; a searing, energetic drum beat, and blended with the sophistication and technology of an electronic keyboard.

Crossroads has performed with some of country music's biggest artists:  Conway Twitty, Charlie Pride, Mel McDaniel, The Forester Sisters, Dave & Sugar, Bandana, McGuffey Lane, Porter Wagner, Louis Mandrel and The Guess WhoCrossroads sprang out of a desire to turn not "one way" musically, but remain where the roads of country, folk, gospel, and rock cross.  The resulting sound has netted Crossroads standing ovations and packed houses across the region.  Crossroads is back!  Their momentum is accelerating - fueled by musical drive, electrifying sound and classy style.  We are thrilled that our music, our friendship and our enthusiasm have survived for nearly 35 years.

Crossroads is on the road, playing in Central, Eastern, and Southern Indiana, as well as Western Ohio.  We are currently accepting bookings for fairs, music festivals, clubs and concert halls.
